Do you supply GSM hardware?

We only supply SIM cards for your lifts. Using separate companies for the hardware and SIM card ensures that you have maximum control of your SIM cards at any given time through your mobile manager portal.

Are there different kinds of SIM cards?

Our SIM cards come in the universal standard, micro and nano sizes which you can adjust to fit your individual hardware.

Can you personalise my SIM cards?

Yes – we understand that your SIM cards might be an important part of your brand – talk to us about branding your SIM cards with your company’s logo and colours.

Is there a minimum or maximum order?

No. We supply SIMs for however many lifts you need.

Does the SIM Management Portal allow me to see where my SIM cards are?

Our enhanced SIM Management Portal has several user-centric features, including
direct SIM ordering and tracking, which enables customers to order lift sims directly
through the portal and monitor their deliveries via Royal Mail, for real-time updates
on package status

Will you remind me when it’s time to auto renew?

Yes – there are never any hidden charges. You’ll receive an email 30 days before your contract is due to expire, and you can cancel the auto-renew function at any time.
